X-Files [GB] Ltd is a client focused organisation and has adopted an innovative approach to our manufacturing processes to ensure that we achieve our service commitments.
 
We source, purchase and supply our own raw materials which are then converted in our 10, 000 ft2 modern manufacturing facility at Hythe in Kent. We have an infinite back up facility offered by a range of specialist converters to ensure that we do not constrict our production capacity by allowing job queues to develop within the manufacturing process. This approach enables us to confidently commit to some of the shortest lead times in the industry and guarantee delivery of finished products within 20 working days from receipt of an agreed order.

Our proofing process is fully electronic, we design and layout the products in ‘real style’ enabling the end user to visualize the finished product ‘on the screen’. Proofs are sent in a .pdf file format and can be accepted or declined via e-mail, this speeds up the process significantly.

Having manufactured your products they can then be stored in our warehouse for call off against an agreed schedule, thereby ensuring that you have the products in the correct quantities as and when you need them. Our delivery service offers a one box next day delivery as well as larger quantities via our pallet network covering the UK mainland as well as the Channel Islands and Highlands.

All of these processes are managed and monitored using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software suite that constantly measures against agreed parameters the progress of your order and/or the stock situation. Using this software allows us to instantly provide ‘real time’ management information concerning, stock levels, deliveries made, usage patterns etc all of which allow us to constantly check our manufacturing costs to ensure that you are getting the best value for money.
