Security is top priority for X – Files throughout the ownership cycle, all personnel are uniformed, carry ID at all times and are security vetted. Our vehicles benefit from the latest security and on-board tracking systems thereby maximising the security of data in transit.

Our data destruction sites benefit from CCTV, Intruder and Fire alarm systems that are directly linked to independent third party monitoring sites. Our processes for destruction are auditable and Certificates of Conformity are issued for all consignments in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (DPA).

All paper based products that we destroy are then placed into the recycling system to produce lower grade packaging type materials which therefore minimises the on-going environmental impact.
