Our main site has 190,000m³ of compartmentalised (split into 4 seperate areas) secure storage space. The site is enclosed by a 10ft barbed wire perimeter fence, entry/exit points are covered by 24hr monitored CCTV and only authorised X – Files personnel have access to the site.   Transportation of records to and from the storage facilities is via our own vehicles which are fitted with tracking devices and dead locks on all doors.

Records are catalogued according to your requirements which can be down to individual file level, thereby enabling us to locate only the records you require to be returned quickly and easily.  When retrieving your records, you can either have the information returned in hard copy or in an encrypted (data encryption is to 256ssl standard) electronic version using our scanning service.   In the event of an emergency we have managed to retrieve, prepare, scan and send data electronically to a client in 23 minutes.
